Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

By using TipidPresyo, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them in plain language on purpose — no dense legal boilerplate copied from somewhere else.

What this site is

TipidPresyo is a browsing and discovery site — we surface deals, prices and reviews so you can decide what's worth buying. We are not a retailer: there's no account, no cart, and no checkout here. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site once you click through.

Accuracy of information

Prices, discounts, stock levels and ratings shown on this site are pulled from the retailer's listing and refreshed periodically, but they are not live — a price or stock status can change on the retailer's end at any moment. Always confirm the current price and availability on the actual listing before you buy. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we can't guarantee that what's shown here matches what you'll see at checkout.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase — at no extra cost to you. This never changes which products we choose to feature or how honestly we describe them. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Third-party sites

Once you click through to a retailer, you're on their site, governed by their own terms and privacy policy. We don't control their content, pricing, stock, shipping or customer service, and we're not responsible for what happens there.

Intellectual property

The text, design and branding on TipidPresyo belong to us. Product names, images, logos and trademarks shown on deal cards belong to their respective retailers, sellers or brand owners — we're referencing them for identification only, not claiming them as ours.

Acceptable use

Please use this site the way it's meant to be used: browsing deals and reviews. Don't scrape, republish or resell our content in bulk, and don't try to disrupt, overload or interfere with how the site runs.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee that any listed price is the lowest available, that an item will still be in stock, or that a purchase you make elsewhere will meet your expectations. We're not liable for purchases, transactions or disputes that happen on a retailer's site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
